Vitamin A:

Homemade avocado face packs and face mask

Avocado is now readily available in the local fruit market or super markets. Along with being a great fruit to consume, this can also be used to add beauty to your facial skin. Honey and avocado
To make this face pack, you have to take 1 ripe avocado and remove all its skin. You can use the table spoon of mash this ripe avocado in a bowl. Now you have to add one table spoon of honey in the avocado in ripe form. Now mix both ingredients really well and create a smooth paste out of it. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for a period of 10 minutes. After this period is over, you can easily wash your face with the help of cold water. Kiwi and avocado
For this face pack you need two ripe avocados. Naturally you have to peel off the skin of this fruit and make a paste out of it. You can either use a fork or mixer to make a paste. Now, you have to take a ripe kiwi and include it in the bowl where the avocado is placed. You can use a spoon to mash this Kiwi fruit. Use your spoon to mix both the ripe fruits and create a fine paste. Now you can easily apply this paste on your face and keep it for a period of 10 minutes. You can use like warm water to wash the mask from your face. This face pack is wonderful source of Vitamin E and Vitamin C that helps in removing oxidants from your skin layers.
