Also keep precut fruits and vegetables ready to go in the fridge for snack time- again, if your child needs extra incentive (such as caramel or ranch style dressing for dipping), provide it in small amounts rather than letting them choose how much is appropriate for the size of the snack they are having.

7. Beer soak

Apple cider vinegar, olive oil and beer are a good remedy for your brittle nails. Mix a warm olive oil, apple cider vinegar and beer. Soak your nails into the mixture for about 15 minutes! Very easy, fast and a perfect way to use those beer leftovers!
8. Massage

Spend a few minutes of your day doing something really good for yourself! Take a small amount of vegetable oil of choice, nail cream or moisturizing cream and apply on every nail, massaging thoroughly and gently all the way. The oil or cream will soften your cuticles and add moisture, and a massage will improve blood circulation, making your nails much healthier, stronger and even longer!
