Amazing home remedies to cure the skin rashes


A rash in the skin allows it to become redden, itchy, scaly, dry, flaky, crust and ooze relying on the type of the skin problem. There are many home made remedies to treat the skin rashes problem in an effective manner whether the problem is eczema, allergic reaction, diaper rash, insect bites and some other types of rashes.

Aloe vera gel

The medicinal properties of aloe vera acts perfect in treating many skin problems. It can cure the cuts, rashes and allergies. Take a piece of aloe vera and rub it on the affected skin, it reduces the itchiness and calms down the rash through its cooling properties. It works ideal with the sun rashes.

Jewelweed

Jewelweed is another remedy you can try to calm down the problem. Take jewelweed and boil it with a cup of water, strain it and drink. This liquid stops itching well. Remember jewelweed is also called as impatiens.

Olive oil

In moisturizing and soothing the skin rashes, olive oil is a good home remedy. Apply a dab of olive oil on the rash skin surface and leave it. It will nourish the itchy skin which is common with rashes and gives you relief from itches temporarily.

Oatmeal bath

Oatmeal bath is believed to be an instant home remedy to get relief from dry and itchy skin. Take half cup of oatmeal and pour it in to the bath tub, soak your body for few minutes and rinse off the body. Addition of few drops of lavender oil to the bath tub gives you added benefits.

Baking powder

Baking powder is another remedy to cure the skin rashes. Take a dab of baking powder in to hands and apply directly over the rashes present on the body. It will make the rashes dry there by itching will be reduced.

Cucumber

Cucumber puree prepared from the peeled and blended fresh cucumbers can be used to tree the flaky and itching rashes. Take this puree in to finger tips and apply directly to the affected area for at least minutes to relieve your itching and pain.

Chamomile tea

Prepare your own chamomile tea as follows: Take two parts of agrimony, two parts of chamomile and one one part of stinging nettle and heart’s ease. Boil all the above ingredients with the sufficient amount of water, let it come to low temperature, strain the solution and drink. You can sip this tea for three times a day to get the great relief from the itching and rashes.

Alternatively dip a wash cloth in the tea mixture and apply over the skin rashes as a compress for five to 10 minutes. Apart from chamomile you can also brew tea from fennel, basil, oregano and yarrow to treat your problem.

Vitamin E

Take the vitamin E capsule and apply it on the skin directly. Break the capsule to open it, apply the oil over the rashes and leave it. Vitamin E helps to nourish and soothe the cracked and dry skin.
