Diabetes among common population is on rise. It is more a disease
related to lifestyle apart from some cases due to genetic factors.
However, if you have diabetes, you need not panic. You can very well
enjoy your life. You just require to change some of your habits related
to diet and activity. A of us know that in diabetes, the blood sugar
levels rise and body could not produce enough insulin- the hormone which
regulates the sugar levels. So, what we need to do is manage our diet
so that the sugar in blood doesn't rise or fall beyond normal levels.
Apart from this, regular exercise (mild and not heavy workouts) are
needed to control diabetes.
