Tips for drinking water

During summer, you must constantly drink water to stay hydrated. The water that you drink should be pure and sparkling and should quench your thirst for a longer time. You must not necessarily become ill by drinking impure water. Enough water may not be available in some places and you may not be able to quench your thirst completely. But you can try some alternative options to stay calm and hydrated during summer.
1. You must constantly drink water during summer to stay hydrated. Preferably drink water even if you do not feel dry because your blood gets purified if you drink more water. You must drink 25 ounce water minimum in an hour. 2. If adequate water is not available in your area, then add some tasty or spicy flavors to the water and drink. You can quench your thirst quickly in this way. You can drink butter milk or fruit juices to remain hydrated during summer because these items contain more water. 3. You must drink a glass of water immediately after brushing your teeth. If you drink water in the morning, then you stay hydrated for a longer time during the day. 4. Then you must drink water after two hours and then again consume water before eating your meals. Do not drink too much water either. 5. Do not forget to drink water before going to bed because the circulation process in your body becomes smoother. During summer season, you usually face problems such as acidity and hence if you consume water, the impurities in the blood drain away when you pass urination during the nighttime or early in the morning. 6. Do not forget to boil the water before drinking. You can drink the cool water after boiling it. When you boil the water, the harmful substances present in the water such as chlorine get evaporated. During summer the water becomes impure easily. 7. During summer season, the water becomes contaminated very easily and hence do not drink water that is exposed or uncovered since long time. 8. You must drink fresh water because it consists of many minerals that are essential to the body. 9. During summer season you constantly experience thirst. Hence you can drink saline water or add salt to the water. The saline content in the body is also drained away and you experience loss of energy. Hence you can drink salty water. 10. Do not drink very cold water or iced water constantly because you can develop throat infection. However, you may feel comfortable for a short period but later on the skin pores become blocked and the waste from the body is not released in the form of sweat and hence you may develop problems such as urine infection. 11. Do not drink water that is exposed to air since longer time because impurities can get into the water. 12. Initially drink 5-6 glasses of water daily and later on increase the quantity because the temperature increases day by day during summer season and you must also increase the consumption quantity. 13. You must always keep water bottles with you whenever you are travelling and fill water whenever empty because you constantly require water. You must never suppress your thirst during summer season because you can easily feel dehydrated and you develop health problems later on. 14. If you feel thirsty and you do not have a water bottle with you, then you must quickly drink water from any source available. You can preferably go to hotels or restaurants nearby to consume water. 15. Use clean glasses to drink water because the glasses that are stained may add impurities to the water you drink.
